Hi, y'all! Hope you had a wonderful New Year's! Can you believe it's 2012 already? I can't get my head around that. Something that can get around your head though are the beautiful ladies, womens, girls' fascinators and headbands in my shop. I hope y'all had a wonderful Christmas. I enjoyed all the friendly shoppers looking for Christmas gifts for the special ones in their lives. I hope they enjoyed the homemade cookies I had throughout the season. I know I ate a few too many.

I'm excited about the New Year that's coming up so soon. I just know 2012 will be a fabulous year for everyone. I'll be clearing out the Christmas items and bringing in some new antique painted furniture that I've been saving. You'll just love the global chic colors and the shabby styles of this antique painted furniture.

I have a great selection of vintage women's coats. You know we still have some cold days to get through, even though Spring and Houston, Texas are balmy compared to up North. You may as well look chic and stay warm in these darling vintage coats.

I have to tell y'all how shocked I was to get calls from friends about my picture and a story about my shop, Camille's, in the Houston Chronicle. A nice young man stopped by a bit ago and chatted with me (and you know I love to chat) and took some pictures and I thought, well, that was nice. Well, yes, that was nice. He did a very nice story about my antique furniture and home decor and vintage clothing shop which is located in Old Town Spring, TX. He told a nice story about me and took a nice picture.

I can't believe the summer is disappearing so quickly! And not soon enough as we wither from the intense heat. I'm' thinking cool thoughts as I start thinking about Halloween fast approaching. My shipment of absolutely precious Halloween headbands is helping! I can't believe how darling they are. And yes, I've got the most darling Halloween headbands for babies, too!
